Embroidered Clothing

Professional embroidery on polos, jackets, caps and workwear — built to last.

Custom Embroidery — Elite Print Studio

Embroidery gives your branding a tactile, premium quality that printed methods can't replicate. Stitched directly into the fabric, an embroidered logo doesn't peel, crack or fade — it becomes part of the garment itself and lasts the life of the item.

What we embroider

  • Polo shirts — chest logo, left or right breast
  • Jackets and fleeces — chest, back and sleeve placements
  • Caps and beanies — front panel, side or back
  • Workwear — polos, shirts, hi-vis and branded uniform items
  • Sweatshirts and hoodies — chest and sleeve placements
  • Tote and canvas bags — front panel

About digitising

Before we can stitch a logo, your artwork needs to be converted into an embroidery file — a process called digitising. This file tells the machine exactly where each stitch goes, at what angle and density. We handle digitising as part of our embroidery service. Supply your logo as a vector file (AI, EPS, SVG) for the cleanest conversion. We'll confirm the stitch count and colour selection before production.

Thread colours

We work from an industry-standard thread colour chart. For brand logos, we'll identify the closest thread match to your brand colours. Slight variation between on-screen colour and stitched thread is normal — we'll share the colour match for your approval before proceeding on larger orders.

Stitch count and complexity

Embroidery pricing is influenced by stitch count (the number of stitches in the design) and the number of colour changes. Simple text and small logos are typically lower stitch count; detailed crests and large back designs are higher. We'll provide a full breakdown with your quote.
